ABOUT ME

Samuela Malizia is an Italian visual artist with a background in Painting from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. Her artistic research unfolds through a multidisciplinary approach that integrates archaeology, architectural restoration, and art conservation.

She attended the Methodology Course for the Study and Conservation of Painted Works at the University of Verona and completed a two-year specialization in conservation restoration, funded by the European Social Fund. Additionally, she earned a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at the University of Verona, where she collaborated on archaeological excavations and restoration projects with academic institutions, museums, and private companies.

Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous competitions and exhibitions, both in Italy and internationally, showcasing her work in collective and solo shows. In 2011, she moved to New York, where she became actively involved in the city's vibrant art scene, collaborating with international artists and working with public and private institutions.
